A study on the development of post modification in English Writing_英语论文

摘要

前置修饰语和后置修饰语是英语名词词组中的两个重要的内容。根据与中心词的所在位置能把修饰语分为前置修饰语和后置修饰语。 后置修饰语的使用也是学术英语的重要特征之一。前置修饰语指的是放在中心词之前的修饰部分,后置修饰语指的是应用在中心词后面的修饰成分。前置修饰语和后置修饰语是英语语法内容的不能忽略的一部分，也是英语语法研究的一项不可或缺的部分。本文采用了对比，比较的方法对英语写中后置修饰语的使用发展进行了研究。在研究中收集了本科学生的作文，对学生作文中使用的名词短语进行了统计。研究发现：大一学生和大二学生使用后置修饰语的情况有一定差异。二年级学生更多地使用后置修饰语，而且后置修饰语的类型更加多样。后置修饰语的使用有助于学生提高写作质量，避免语言结构单一。
