On C-E Syntactic Translation of Legal Texts from the Perspective of Culture－A Case Study of Real Right Law of the People’s Republic of China_英语论文

摘要

随着不断加快的中外全球化进程，中国与其他国家的交流和往来也越来越频繁。法律是跨国交流中不能够缺少的的部分，越来越多的交流必将要求相互间的法律来规制双方的行为。法律文化作为人类社会文化现象的一部分，反映着国家的经济政治状况及全体社会公民的价值观和价值取向。高质量的法律翻译来自于对法律语言系统的全面了解，同时还需将文化范畴体现巨细，做到忠实源语信息，因此法律文化在法律翻译中影响深远。

法律文本的句式是法律条文中的一种组织形式用来表达法律规范。本课题以《中华人民共和国物权法》的句式作为例，通过文化视角探讨在法律文件的英译过程中，句式的翻译方法和策略，指出为了使法律文本能够充分、完美地反映其目的以及传播特定的法律信息，翻译人应当怎么选择和使用最适合的句式。
