摘要 

创译与传统意义上的翻译的不完全相同的，创译是翻译的一种衍生物，是语言、文化和思想的转化。它要求创译工作者在充分理解好原文本的内容之后，结合两种截然不同的语言的文化背景和特点，对原文本编译,重组,创意性重写等进行本土化翻译。

起初，为了向国际消费者推销产品，创译常用于广告的宣传，后来逐渐在文字作品中使用，比方说文学作品、科普类作品等等。本课题以《我们为什么睡觉》为例，分析研究创译在非广告宣传领域的重要性和可行性，如：科普类文学等领域，从而引起大众对创译高度重视，了解创译在实践中的运用，以达到语言、文化、思想等方面交流的目的。
