摘要
在经济全球化的今天,商务跨文化交际越来越频繁。所谓跨文化交际是指在语言和文化背景方面存在差异的人们之间的交际。言语和非言语交流则是世界各民族之间普遍使用的交流方式,它规范了人们的言语行为与社会交际。为了保证不同民族文化的交流者顺利沟通,突破民族本土语言的文化定势和心理束缚,产生在另一种文化上思考的心理倾向,移情便是如同语言文化和情感文化的桥梁一般的出现了。为保证达到有效交际的效果,通过阐述跨文化交际中移情的内涵,分析商务跨文化交际中移情的必要性并提出相关科学适度移情的具体措施,能为更好更有效的进行跨文化交际提供一些理论依据。使学习者在具体的实践应用中能够充分运用移情这一能力,超越文化框架模式的去体味对方的情感,从而引起感情共鸣,使得跨文化交际更加得体,最终达成积极交际。
