摘要 

中国近代伟大的教育家陶行知先生，毕生从事教育事业，给我们留下了丰富的教育思想。他的教育思想不单单是理论的堆砌，而是他多年的留学经历以及经过一系列的办学实践总结出来的。在批判传统教育的同时，他总结出了一套适用于中国本土特色的教育思想。本文通过对陶行知的教育思想的研究，尤其是对生活教育和创造教育的探讨，再结合当今的教育状况和教育改革，来探讨陶行知思想的现代意义。最后通过对陶行知教育思想的思考，从中得到启示，来提出改革大学教育的措施，从而使新一代大学生成为祖国的需要。
