On the Subtitle Translation of English Cartoon Movies from the Perspective of Rewriting Theory — A Case Study of Kung Fu Panda 2_英语论文

摘要

随着网络大媒体化的发展，外来影视作品不仅在题材上呈现娱乐化倾向，而且，娱乐化倾向也体现在字幕翻译上，比如大量网络流行语、古诗词等中国化词汇的使用等。改写理论是确保文学作品生存的手段之一，“任何有助于重建一个作家或文学作品的形象”。 通过改写后的形象比原作者设定的形象，在社会中发挥更重要的作用，给我们的普通读者提供了更多的改写作品和形象选择。本文在勒菲弗尔的翻译改写理论的观照下，结合具体例子，以电影《功夫熊猫2》卡通电影为例，具体分析了英文卡通电影字幕改写手段，包括习语、中国化词汇、网络词、中国元素和增词法的使用。并归纳揭示改写现象的影响因素和字幕翻译改写理论的重要性，以期丰富字幕翻译研究。
