摘要

《哈利·波特》系列小说的作者J.K. Rowling从西方的神话和巫师历史文化中汲取营养，呈现出了英国魔幻小说中最具影响力的魔法世界。同时，因为这一影响力，《哈利·波特》也为英国的巫师文化注入了新鲜的血液，甚至可以说是最强劲的一抹色彩。因此，我们可以为在《哈利·波特》系列故事影响下的英国巫师文化下一个定义，英国当代的巫师文化是在经历了中世纪的猎巫行动后重生的，在文学形象上大放异彩的与宗教信仰相似又相区别的具有神秘色彩的文化。而《哈利·波特》里的巫师很大程度上就是英国巫师的全部模样。

论文从《哈利·波特》小说的七部曲出发，从小说中的某些情节和人物形象以及故事的文化背景分析隐藏在作者笔下的英国巫师文化。在西方魔幻文学的广泛传播并影响各国人思想文化的当代背景下，分析哈利波特小说的文学价值以及分析了解现代魔幻主义的巫师文化。
