Analysis on Barriers and Strategies of Cross-cultural Communication Among Employees of American Enterprises in China_英语论文
摘要
随着中国的改革开放,越来越多的外资企业进入中国市场,使得企业内部员工跨文化沟通问题日益凸显,尤其是在文化差异较大的美资企业中。本文利用霍尔的高低语境理论和霍夫斯泰德的文化维度理论,以在华美资企业中工作的中国员工为研究对象,探求他们的跨文化沟通状况,分析发现存在语言障碍、价值观冲突、工作习惯差异等员工跨文化沟通障碍。针对这些问题,提出由员工自身适应跨文化冲突、获得跨文化沟通技能以及公司方面建立工作制度和进行相关培训的措施。
