摘要
随着经济全球化不可逆转, 各国企业纷纷走向国际化。中国家电行业不仅要适应国内的竞争压力, 还要应对外国企业的挑战,这使得我国家电企业的发展更加具有挑战性。针对当下我国家电产业市场局势,本文在分析中国家电产业存在的问题的基础上,以波特的竞争优势理论分析海尔成功并购美国通用的案例,力图探索我国家电业的未来发展方向。
鉴于上述目的与想法,本文主要由五个部分组成:第一部分是绪论,即选题的原因和意义以及选题的目的;第二部分是竞争优势理论和我国家电企业存在的问题;第三部分是海尔并购通用电气的案例分析;第四部分是我国家电企业国际化的建议;最后是对全文的总结,希望能对我国家电业的国际化有一定借鉴意义。
