摘要 

林纾是晚清著名的翻译家，他思想先进，在西方文化的影响下提倡女学及女权。前人对于林纾思想的研究缺少译本《红礁画桨录》与原著《碧翠丝》的对比阅读，本文则通过对比阅读，综合翻译目的论，结合当时的社会历史文化背景，总结分析出林纾的女学及女权思想。研究发现林纾的女权思想的确是当时的先进思想，提倡女学并支持婚姻自由。但是他建立在男性中心思想之上的女权还是有所局限的。本文的意义在于通过译本与原著的对比阅读，归纳整理林纾包括提倡女学在内的女权思想，深化和拓展林纾的翻译研究，也希望此论文能够对于研究翻译史有重要作用。
