摘要

20世纪90年代，随着世界贸易的繁荣发展，绿色贸易壁垒迅速成为许多国家，尤其是发达国家的主要的非关税壁垒，处于劣势地位的发展中国家的出口受到了很大影响。自中国加入WTO以来，我国的出口市场变得越来越广阔，但外贸也不例外的受到绿色贸易壁垒的严重影响。在绿色贸易壁垒不断兴起的作用下，中国出口的范围、增长速度、单边和多边贸易关系、外贸的竞争力、进口产品质量等不断受到冲击。所以全面和客观的看待绿色贸易壁垒和提出诸如提高产品环保技术标准，提高环保意识，调整贸易和产业结构等应对措施，对于推动我国贸易的持续发展具有重要的现实意义。
