摘要

反倾销作为贸易战的主要手段之一，被大多数国家采用。然而，由于缺乏对世贸组织相关规定的贯彻落实，反倾销已逐渐成为阻碍贸易正常化的一座大山。通过对中美双边进出口贸易数据分析，并结合以往的的一些分析得出，美国对华反倾销主要与政治、经济、社会文化等因素有关。因此，我国必须采取相应的措施来维护自己的正当利益，除了必要的经济诉讼之外，更要提升自己在国际贸易市场的形象，以减少美国对华甚至其他反倾销情况的发生。在做好自我反思的同时与非法滥用反倾销作斗争，坚决维护好自己的合法权益，维护国际贸易的正常秩序。
