摘要
激励在管理学中的主要含义是激发人的积极性、主动性、创造性。这既是管理者的永恒主题, 也是企业人本管理的核心。将激励这一概念应用于企业管理, 就是调动员工的积极性、主动性、创造性的问题。员工的能力和天赋的发挥很大程度上取决于激励。企业建立规范的激励制度,充分激励员工的积极性才能保证较高的工作绩效。采用文献法,以Herzberg的双因素理论为基础,通过真实案例,分析双因素理论在激励员工积极性的广泛应用和作用,为中国的激励体制的构建提出个人的看法和建议。
