摘要
随着全球经济快速的发展,世界各国纷纷树立绿色壁垒。发达国家为了保护他们的国内产品和相关产业,对进口产品的限制日益加强。绿色壁垒的出现和广泛使用明显限制了发展中国家的出口。中国是受绿色壁垒影响最大的国家之一,农产品的出口更是重灾区之一。例如,中国浙江农产品出口的数量急剧下降,其中最受影响的是水产、蔬菜、茶叶。
为了更好的对抗绿色壁垒对浙江农产品带来的消极影响,本篇论文以茶叶出口为例分析绿色壁垒对我国在农产品的主要负面影响,并从企业,行业协会和政府三个层面提出应对措施,希望对实现农业产品出口的可持续发展有所裨益。
