摘要

近年来，各国间经济，政治，文化以及商业的频繁交流使得翻译行业对翻译人才的需求与日俱增，因此译者能力的培养至关重要。笔者从分析翻译行业从业人员的培养现状入手，结合前人的研究成果，从译者的语言能力、工具使用能力、跨文化能力、职业能力等几个方面细致研究新时期合格译者能力构成，再从译者的工具使用能力、译者文化能力和职业能力三个方面探讨新时期译者能力的培养。
