摘要

被英国女王授予“侦探女王”称号的阿加莎·克里斯蒂,开辟了英国侦探小说的黄金时代，在英国乃至世界享有崇高的声誉。本论文以女性意识为理论基础，以阿加莎·克里斯蒂系列作品中塑造的经典侦探形象和罪犯形象的对比研究为线索，探析其矛盾女性意识的失落与觉醒。阿加莎·克里斯蒂的矛盾女性意识是时代的产物，其女性意识的觉醒对现代女性充满了启示意义，激励着现代女性为摆脱偏见与歧视而奋斗拼搏。

本论文由四部分组成。第一部分介绍阿加莎·克里斯蒂和其代表作品，以及作品中的矛盾女性意识。第二部分分析在社会环境、家庭背景、婚姻状况等影响下，阿加莎·克里斯蒂及其作品中主要人物的矛盾女性意识的失落。第三部分通过分析在社会进步和个人发展的影响下，阿加莎·克里斯蒂及其作品中主要人物矛盾女性意识的觉醒。第四部分讨论矛盾女性意识的觉醒对现代女性追求独立、平等、自由的重要意义。

Abstract

Agatha Christie, who was awarded the title of “Mistress of Mystery” by the queen of England, has opened up a golden age of British detective fictions and enjoyed a high reputation not only in England but also around the world. This paper, which takes the female consciousness as the theoretical basis and takes the comparative study of the classical detective and criminal images created in her series works as the clue, analyzes the loss and the awakening of Agatha Christie’s contradictory female consciousness. Agatha Christie’s contradictory female consciousness is the product of the times, and the awakening of her female consciousness has significant enlightenment to the modern women, which inspires the modern females to struggle for getting rid of prejudice and discrimination.

This paper consists of four parts. In the first part, Agatha Christie and her representative works, as well as the contradictory female consciousness embodied in her works have been introduced. In the second part, the loss of the contradictory female consciousness of Agatha Christie and the main characters in her works have been researched under the influence of the social environment, her family background and marital status. In the third part, on the basis of analyzing the social progress and Agatha Christie’s personal development, the awakening of the contradictory female consciousness of both Agatha Christie and the main characters have been researched. In the fourth part, the significance on the awakening of the contradictory female consciousness to the modern females who pursue independence, equality and freedom has been discussed.
