The Enlightenment for China’s E-commerce Development Based on Amazon's Successful Operation_英语论文

摘要

互联网如今已是大势所趋,随之电子商务的发展也成为了人们的焦点。越来越多的人选择线上购物,电商企业如雨后春笋般出现。业内佼佼者亚马逊不断创新,形成了自己的经营模式。相比之下中国电商企业起步晚,发展慢,缺少足够的经验。许多电子商务企业破产倒闭或是已经面临重组,中国的淘宝网从创立之初,就一直是中国电子商务的领头羊,因此,想要发展中国电子商务,研究亚马逊与淘宝的发展历程和特点,必不可少。

本文首先介绍亚马逊的发展历史和发展机遇与经验,然后进行阐述中国电子商务的现状和隐患,并以淘宝网为案例进行典型性分析,探索中国电子商务发展瓶颈,寻找出问题。最后根据亚马逊和淘宝的三项经营策略为对比研究对象,总结出适合我国电子商务的发展战略。
