猎头这一行业目前广泛存在于商业领域,企业乃至政府机关的招聘都会选择通过猎头等渠道来进行高效的人才搜寻和获取。目前我国猎头行业正蓬勃发展,仅苏州地区注册在案的就有超过数千家猎头公司。对猎头这一新兴概念在不同文化背景下呈现出来的表现形式进行探寻研究有助于更好地了解研究在目前商业领域中猎头这一概念所起的重要作用,同时对猎头这一概念下具体操作人员与企业方人事部门人员在不同文化背景及思维模式下产生的碰撞进行研究,有助于更好地为企业管理方提供可行的执行方案。
