An Analysis of Metaphors of Mood in Women’s Utterances in Mrs. Warren’s Profession_英语论文

摘要

本论文使用韩礼德的语气隐喻理论为依据，以戏剧《华伦夫人的职业》中的女性话语为素材，从体现人际意义及话语特点的语气隐喻对作品中的两位女主人公的对话进行分析，从而论证女性语言的特征以及女性运用语气隐喻在交流中的作用。本论文中用于分析的对话材料都摘取于萧伯纳的戏剧《华伦夫人的职业》。通过分析，得出如下结论：语气隐喻在解读戏剧对话中,特别是女性话语中，扮演着重要角色。
