随着中外贸易往来日趋频繁，商务合同的翻译越来越显得重要。然而，商务合同翻译的质量却影响着国际贸易的发展，特别是翻译质量差的商务合同经常导致贸易摩擦产生。所以探索商务合同翻译质量提高的途径十分必要。本文将从功能对等的角度来探讨商务合同翻译的策略与原则，寻求提高商务合同翻译质量的途径。
