简析《简·爱》中的女性主义-以简·爱为例

A Feminist Analysis of Jane Eyre 

摘要

《简·爱》一书问世受到广大读者的欢迎，并且对现今女性主义运动有积极的借鉴意义。人物简·爱虽相貌平平，但她自尊自爱，敢于反抗男权文化。书中本文主要分三个方面阐述《简·爱》中所体现的女性主义：简·爱的反抗意识，独立意识和婚姻观。这三方面是认识女性主义和实现女性主义所不能忽视的。《简·爱》反抗男权社会对女性的压迫和歧视，维护自尊和人格独立，追求婚姻平等。

Abstract

Jane Eyre is popular among the readers since its publishing. The book has a positive impact on the present feminist movement. She has a strong sense of self-esteem and self-respect, and is bold enough to resist the man-dominated culture though she is not beautiful with low social status. This article mainly elaborates feminism embodied from the character Jane Eyre in three aspects: Jane Eyre’s resistance consciousness, independent consciousness and view on marriage. The three aspects are important to understand and realize feminism. Jane Eyre opposes the oppression and discrimination of women amid man-dominated culture. She hopes to protect her self-esteem, independence of personality, and seeks equity in marriage.
