小说《小妇人》的女性主义主题解读

An Interpretation of the Feminism in Little Women

摘要

本文从女性主义入手，运用理论分析法，主要分析了小说《小妇人》中体现的女性主义。女性主义观点主要包括追求自我认同，两性平等和选择爱情与婚姻的自由。本文先是通过对《小妇人》的背景介绍及四姐妹的性格综述让读者了解故事的发生背景，然后对其中担任四个女儿引导者的母亲以及四姐妹身上所体现的女性主义的闪光点进行了介绍，希望其能在精神追求及自主自立个性的培养方面给现代女性一些启示；此外，对于女性主义的分析也能让更多的女性懂得捍卫自己的权利，有更高的追求与梦想，促进社会的良好运转。最后，文章分析了《小妇人》中一些观点的局限性，让读者认识到其中的一些不足。

Abstract

This paper begins with the feminism and uses the theoretical analysis method to give an interpretation of the feminism demonstrated in Little Women. The main viewpoints of feminism include the pursuit of self-identity, the equality of man and woman and the freedom of love and marriage. Then this thesis gives a brief presentation about its background and the characters of the four daughters to offer readers the setting of this story; the other side is in regard to the merits demonstrated in these females, which includes Mrs. March and her daughters. In the end, some limitations of this novel are put forward to reveal its defects from the perspective of modern society. Meanwhile, this paper tries to describe some virtues of woman and offer the reference to modern female in their construction of independent spiritual world and characters, make ever more women have the awareness of defending their right, setting up a great ambition and promoting a well-functioning society.
