《傲慢与偏见》与《阿格尼斯•格雷》中女性主义对比研究

A comparative study on Feminism between Pride and Prejudice and Agnes Grey

摘要

本文从《傲慢与偏见》与《阿格尼斯•格雷》两本原著出发，对比研究其中的女性主义。本文从两本书的各方面来挖掘女性主义，主要是从婚姻观事业观及两本书中的女主个性着手，因为《傲慢与偏见》的女性主义主要以几种不同形式的婚姻体现出来，而《阿格尼斯•格雷》中的女性主义主要是通过女主对自身事业的追求表现出来。对两位女主的个性的探究可以更好的佐证原著中的女性主义。对比过后得出，两部作品虽然都是女性主义先驱作品，体现了女性主义独立的精神和女性的诉求，但是，两部作品的表现手法，叙事视角不同，所表达的女性主义程度也不同。这些优秀伟大的早期女性主义作家，发出的呐喊声音虽小，却是女性主义运动的第一步。

Abstract

This thesis bases the research on the comparison of feminism in the Pride and Prejudice and Agnes Grey . Three aspects are mainly showed in this paper——views on marriage ,views on career and the personalities of the two heroines. Feminism is reflected by marriages in Pride and Prejudice.And as for Agnes Grey, the heroine's pursuit of career is the main aspect to research. After the comparison the thesis author concludes that although ,the two books are feminist pioneer works which embody the spirit of women’s independence and women’s claims, the degree of feminism reflected in these two books is different.Plus, the narrative points of view and artistic techniques of the two novels are different. The murmur sound of those early feminist writers like a thunder, marked the prelude of the feminist movement.
