摘要

成立于1971年的星巴克公司是世界领先的特种咖啡的零售商，烘培者和星巴克品牌拥有者。长期以来，公司一直致力于向顾客提供最优质的咖啡和服务，营造独特的“星巴克体验”，让全球各地的星巴克店成为人们除了工作场所和生活居所之外温馨舒适的第三生活空间。其指导原则是提供完善的工作环境，并创造相互尊重和相互信任的工作氛围，以高度热忱满足顾客的需求。在本篇论文中，重点分析星巴克人文风格以及其背后体现的西方文化。

Abstract

Since 1971, the company has been the world's leading special coffee retailer, baking and Starbucks brand owner. For a long time, the company has been committed to offering our customers the best quality coffee and service, to creating the unique "Starbucks experience", to making Starbucks stores around the world become the third life space except the workplaces and living places. Its guiding principles are providing the perfect working environment, creating the mutual respect and trust working atmosphere, and using the high enthusiasm to meet customers’ demand. In this paper, the focus that Starbucks' humanistic perspectives are being analyzed and the western culture that reflected are being discussed.
