On Two Modes of Thinking: Setting & Growth

摘要

心理学界近年来发现的最有趣的事情之一是，大家常常称赞孩子的方式在这个国家不仅无效，而且在许多情况下，它实际上适得其反。主要的观点为：有两种思维——固式思维和成长型思维。这一论题在教学生活中有很强的启发意义，但很少有学者系统论述比较总结这两种思维。笔者想研究揭示这两种思维的定义和本质特点；比较这两种观点；揭示这两种观点在教育、企业方面产生什么样的影响，并提出建议。从而在今后的生活中,可以借鉴参考这一观点。_

Abstract

One of the mostinterestingthings thatpsychologistsdiscovered in recent yearsis that weoftenpraisethe children'swayin this countryis not onlyineffective, butin many cases, it's actuallycounterproductive.The mainpoint of viewis:there aretwo ways of thinking modes--setting and growth. Thistopichasa stronginstructiveinteachinglife,butfew scholarssummarizedthesetwo kinds of thinking modes systematically. I would like tostudy the definition andnature ofthe characteristics of thesetwo modes of thinking; to compare of these twoviews; to revealshow the two modes of thinking influence education and enterprisesand to make recommendations.So thatlater in life, we candraw referencethis view.
