The Strength and Weakness of International Service Outsourcing Development in China

摘要

在世界经济全球化发展趋势下，服务外包已经成为跨国公司的一种竞争和发展策略，是现代生产服务业中的一种极具发展潜力的运营模式。早在20世纪六七十年代，服务外包就已经存在了，而中国的服务外包起步较晚，发展还不成熟。因此，该课题在服务外包发展依据的理论基础上，利用SWOT分析法着重分析我国开展国际服务外包的优势、劣势，并对其发展水平、目前存在的问题等方面进行定性定量分析，从各个层面提出有效的解决措施，趋利避害，促进我国服务外包的有效稳定发展，从而加快我国经济建设的步伐。

Abstract

With the economic globalization, service outsourcing has become a competitive development strategy in modern productive service industry. Service outsourcing appeared in the early 1960s, but in China, because it started too late, it is hard to be completed and there are many problems on the way to develop service outsourcing. Therefore, based on the theory of service outsourcing, this subject focuses on the strength and weakness of international service outsourcing development in China by using SWOT analytic, and analyses China’s development level and problems in order to put forward effective resolutions in all aspects, which can promote the development of China’s service outsourcing and benefit the whole country’s economy.
