商务英语专业学生动机强化的策略研究_英语论文
Strategic Study of Motivational Enhancement of Business English Majors
摘要
随着语言教学研究的深入,个体差异以及心理需求愈来愈引起该领域研究人员的重视。事实证明动机对语言的学习至关重要,内在动机或积极动机强的学生更容易在学习上取得令人满意的结果。尽管国内大多数对学习动机的研究主要针对的是二语习得,本文目的在于探讨当前商务英语专业学生的动机现状,其影响因素,但最重要的是得出商务英语学习动机强化的相关策略分析。本文研究显示当前商务英语教学对学生学习动机的培养仍存在一定问题,动机强化策略须从课程内容,教学方法,教师人员素质等角度出发。

Abstract
With furthering researches conducted on the language teachings, individual differences and psychological needs have been taken great concerns by the researchers in this field. It has been widely proved that motivation serves as a key factor in language learning. Students with intrinsic or positives motivations are more likely to achieve satisfactory results in their learning. Despite the fact that most of the domestic researches of motivation are focusing on the study of second language acquisition, this paper is aimed to explore the current situation of Business English learning motivations as well as its factors, but most importantly to come up with a strategic analysis on the enhancement of Business English learning motivations. The study shows that the current Business English teachings still have problems in its efficiency in cultivating students’ motivations and that motivational enhancement strategies are taken from the perspectives of the teaching contents, teaching methods, as well as the professionality of the teaching staff.
