The Investigation of Learning Strategies Applied in Comprehensive English Courses: A Survey of English Majors

摘要

随着学习策略的概念不断扩大, 应用越来越广泛, 学习策略成为教育领域研究的一个新方向及全球探讨的热点问题。英语专业学生作为英语的深入学习者，其如何使用学习策略以及学习策略对其有何影响也是受到了越来越多的关注。文章梳理了外语学习策略理论渊源及其理论依据，针对英语专业学生学习策略进行了问卷调查研究，从综合课程应用的角度分析归纳出英语专业学生学习策略类型和特点，并探究出学习策略与学习成绩的关系，从而提出外语学习策略的更好运用，改善英语专业学生英语学习现状。

Abstract

With the expanding concept and wider application, learning strategies have also become a new research direction in the field of education, a hot issue explored by the globe. And as the learners who study English more deeply and comprehensively, it is important for English majors to concern about how to apply learning strategies in their English learning and what effect learning strategies have on their English learning. The paper first reviews the theoretical origins and basis of language learning strategies, and then conducts questionnaire research targeting English majors. From the perspective of application of comprehensive courses, it also analyzes the types and features of the learning strategies used by English majors and explores the effect of the learning strategies on their academic achievements, for the purpose that English majors can make better use of learning strategies to improve their English learning.
