摘要

现代企业制度中,员工的绩效考核已成为人力资源管理的一个核心问题,它对提高员工素质,加强劳动管理,激发劳动积极性都具有十分重要的意义。本篇论文旨在研究学习360°绩效考核法和平衡计分卡法两种绩效考核方法的优缺点以及在我国企业实施过程中存在的问题及解决方案。从而来更全面清晰地认识绩效考核对激励员工,企业发展的重要性。

Abstract

In the modern enterprise system, employee performance appraisal has become a core problem of human resource management. It attaches much importance on improving staff quality, strengthening labor administration and inspiring labor enthusiasm. The academic paper aims to study the advantages and disadvantages of 360° Feedback and Balanced Scorecard, and to find out the problems and the solutions existing in the process of implementation of enterprises in our country. So as to we can have a more comprehensive and clear understanding of the importance of performance appraisal for motivating employees, business development.
