工作场所冲突的分析及对策_英语论文
An Analysis of Conflicts in Workplaces and Their Countermeasures
摘要
如今社会中,处在工作场所中的人们由于相互间的交往,总会形成人与人以及群体与群体间的关系。因为个人的性格、价值观以及缺乏沟通等原因,常常会产生意见分歧、争论、冲突和对抗,使彼此间出现紧张状态。然而冲突既有利也有弊,冲突暴露了团队的矛盾和问题,也使得一件事情有了不同的看法,这其实使得决策者有了更多的决策选择和考量,也就可以提高决策的质量。但是,如果不及时化解,对于团队的发展和士气很不利。因此,如何有效的解决冲突成为企业管理中一个很有必要探讨的问题。通过采用文献法以及列举法深入分析组织冲突的内涵,探讨了解决组织冲突的对策和方法。

Abstract
In today’s society, people in workplaces will form the relationship between people or between groups due to the interaction between them. Different people always have different disagreements, disputes, conflicts and confrontations because of their different personalities, values or poor communication. The conflicts have both advantages and disadvantages, which exposes the contradictions and problems of the teams, makes people have different opinions on the same things. Actually conflicts makes the decision makers have more choices which can improve the quality of decision-making. But it is not good for the development and morale of a team if conflicts can’t be solved in time. Therefore, how to effectively solve the conflicts in the management of enterprise is a very important issue which needs to be explored. By using the methods of literature and enumeration, the connotation of organizational conflicts and countermeasures to solve conflicts are discussed.
