外贸英语习语的汉译研究
The Translation of Idioms in foreign trade
摘要
现如今，习语是一门值得研究的话题。虽然有很多人对习语做过研究，但很少有人涉及到外贸习语的翻译。因此，本研究旨在对外贸习语的翻译进行深入探讨。将习语翻译常用的方法，如直译法、意译法、套译法、增补译法等运用到外贸习语的翻译中去。为了达到研究的目的，本论文结合实际案例，综合运用定性研究的方法。本文认为，作为一个合格的翻译者，在充分了解中西方文化差异的基础之上，他们必须熟练掌握并且运用这些基本的方法，不仅如此，他们也应将其融会贯通并且运用到习语翻译的领域中去。正确使用外贸习语对人际关系的发展还是中西方长期的外贸开展，都具有深远而持久的影响。

Abstract
Nowadays, the study of idioms are worthy of studying and it has become a hot topic all over the world. Many people have studied the translation of idioms, but few of them get involved in the scope of foreign trade sphere and there are many errors. Therefore, this study has done a further study on the scope of the translation of idioms in terms of some basic translation skills, such as the literal translation, the naturalization, the free translation and the supplementary translation. This study is combined with the quantitative research and case study to draw the following conclusion. Firstly, translation of idioms in foreign trade has an unexpected impact on the communication and connections with foreigners. Secondly, the proper use of the idioms in the foreign trade is helpful to facilitate the long-term relations between China and foreign countries. Finally, as qualified translators, it is necessary for them to grasp these translation skills above mentioned and they are not been ignored even a little. It is no doubt that translators should take the whole situation into consideration and determine which translation strategy can be applied in the translation of idioms in the foreign trade.
