摘要
国际商务谈判在我们现在的社会中起着越来越重要的作用，为了扩大我国的进出口量以及外贸交易额，这个过程必然会涉及到国际商务谈判。在谈判中我们用英语与外商交流、我们用这门语言与外商建立商业关系、用这门语言表达或交流想法，消息，市场信息等等，还用这门语言为了达到我方目标去谈判。所以，如果要想有一个成功的谈判并与外商达成交易，了解或掌握一些语言技巧和策略是十分必要的。在搜集了许多中外文献资料与案例分析后，这篇论文国际商务谈判中英语口语交际艺术将对国际商务谈判中的英语口语交际技巧与策略进行详述。通过这篇论文的研究将会了解或掌握成功谈判的语言技巧与策略。

Abstract
International business negotiation play a very important role in our nowadays society, and there is no doubt that the role is more and more important. To expand the number of imports and exports, and increase foreign trade volume in our country, the international business negotiation will be involved. We use English to communicate with foreigners during the negotiation; we use this language to establish business relationship; we use this language to express or exchange ideas, messages, and market information and so on; and we use this language to negotiate in order to achieve our targets. So if we want to have a successful negotiation and come into business with foreign enterprises, knowing or mastering some language skills to communicate is necessary for us. After collecting many Chinese and foreign literatures and with case study analysis, this paper The Art of Oral English Communication in International Business Negotiation will discuss skills and strategies of oral English communication in international business negotiation. Through this paper research can know or master the skills and strategies which can lead a successful negotiation.
