商务谈判的语言技巧
The Linguistic Skill in Business Negotiation
摘要
商务谈判是一个充满冲突和竞争的过程,谈判者会想办法借助很多谈判技巧,作为一位语言运用者兼谈判者必须有意识无意识地使自己的语言随时适应不断变化的形势。本文将通过文献分析法和案例分析法对商务谈判的基本原则、商务谈判中的语言特点以及商务谈判中的语言技巧的方法进行研究。本文由六个部分组成,在简述商务谈判在商务活动的重要性基础上,分析了商务谈判的基本原则和商务谈判的语言特色,最后作者详细讨论了商务谈判的语言技巧,如使用委婉的语言、幽默的语言和赞美的语言等等。最后,笔者得出结论,语言技巧在商务谈判中的重要作用,我们应该提高技能,为今后我们在商务活动中可以更容易地解决这类问题打好基础。

Abstract
Business English negotiation is a process full of conflicts and arguments. As a language user as well as a negotiator, you must consciously or unconsciously adapt your language to meet the need of perpetual changing situation. With the research into the linguistic skill in business negotiation by literature analysis and case analysis, the writer makes an attempt to discuss the linguistic skill. The paper is composed of six parts. The introductory part is about the importance of the linguistic skill in China. On the basis of the linguistic features,the writer analyses how to use proper language. Furthermore, the writer discuses different skill language. And finally the writer draws the conclusion that it plays an important role in business negotiations and we should improve the skill then we could solve such problems easily.
