摘要

美国电影一直引领着世界电影产业发展的潮流。美国电影以其华丽的视觉造型和高科技手段，深具电影豪华性、奇观化和梦幻性的特点，征服了全球电影市场。分析近年来的美国电影可以发现，越来越多的好莱坞电影注入了中国元素。凡是被大多数中国人（包括海外华人）认同的、凝结着华夏民族传统文化精神，并体现国家尊严和民族利益的形象、符号或风俗习惯，均可被视为“中国元素”。中国的企业及品牌文化更是中国元素的重要组成部分。从2010年到2014年这四年里，含有中国元素(讲述、取景中国,或者有中国演员参演)的海外电影多达十几部，还有意选取中国演员加盟演出，为了进入中国市场、谋求更多票房分成，越来越多的海外电影加入“中国元素”，甚至还产生了海内外有别的”中国特供版”电影。总而言之，研究美国电影文化中的中国元素，可以更好地把握中国元素对世界电影的影响，具有较为重要的意义。去年暑期上映的《变形金刚4》中的中国元素更是空前绝后，无论是拍摄地、中国广告还是中国形象，都得到充分体现，因此，《变形金刚4》中的中国元素值得深入的研究，从而可以探索好莱坞电影中国元素的增多带来的究竟是什么。

本论文分为五个部分，首先第一部分，介绍背景，阐述这部电影研究的重要性和意义，以及论文结构。第二部分阐述《变4》的简介，介绍影片中所出现的中国元素和中国人物形象的研究，及美国电影的研究。第三章是《变4》中中国元素的研究。第四部分分析以《变4》为代表的美国电影中中国元素频现的意义及启示。第五部分对论文进行总结。

Abstract

American movies have been guiding the world’s leading trend in film industry development, and are characterized by their gorgeous visual shape, high-tech means, luxury, spectacle and dreamlike, which help to conquer the global film market. Analysis of the USA movies can be traced in recent years, more and more Hollywood films were characterized by Chinese elements. “Chinese elements” are regarded as those which can be accepted by most of the Chinese people (including the identity of overseas Chinese), the condensation of the Chinese traditional cultural spirit, and the embodiment of the national dignity and interests of the nation image, symbol, or customs. Chinese enterprises and brand culture are also an important part of Chinese elements. From 2010 to 2014, there issued as many as a dozen of Chinese elements (about the filming in China, or starring Chinese actors) in overseas films, and they deliberately selected Chinese actors in order to enter the Chinese market and seek more box office sharing. More and more foreign films employ “Chinese elements” and even produce Chinese special edition films different from foreign ones. Research on American movie culture with Chinese elements, can better grasp the Chinese elements which influence the world movie, and has a more important significance. Last summer, the release of Transformers 4 brought unprecedented Chinese elements with a full reflection of shooting, Chinese advertising implantation, Chinese characters and Chinese image, so Chinese elements in Transformers 4 are worthy of further research to explore what the increase Chinese elements will bring about in Hollywood Films.

This thesis is divided into five chapters. Chapter One is to introduce the background, and elaborate the background and significance of researching this film, and the structure of the thesis. The second chapter is the introduction of previous research, as well as the study on American films in the emerging Chinese elements and Chinese characters. The third chapter is the research on variable Chinese elements in Transformers 4 from shooting in China, Chinese advertising implantation and Chinese characters and Chinese image. The fourth chapter is an analysis of enlightenment and significance of the Chinese elements frequency represented by Transformers 4. Chapter Five is the conclusion of the thesis with major findings and limitations of the research.
