摘要

如今，礼貌原则已成为商务信函中至关重要的部分，并且已成为商务信函中不可缺少的一部分。商务信函作为商务交往中不可或缺的重要的沟通媒介,它不仅具有传递信息的功能,同时,也是公司间建立合作关系开展业务达成贸易往来的重要手段,其撰写的得体与否对企业之间的贸易发展起着至关重要的作用。众所周知,礼貌用语在我们日常的人际交往中发挥着重要作用，同样在商务交往中礼貌策略的应用也显得尤为重要，它能营造一种尊重对方，寻求合作的气氛,能给人带来愉快的感觉,能够迎合对方的心理需求,使双方建立融洽的合作关系,无论生意能否谈成，一封礼貌有加、揩辞得体的商务信函都能传递一种友好坦诚的信息,树立良好的商务形象,也能为今后的贸易往来打下坚实的基础。本文简要总结了国内学者对商务信函礼貌原则的研究，为对这种关系进行研究的学者提供了参考。
