摘要

在中国文学“走出去”的过程中,武侠小说作为通俗小说的一类，也引起了海外读者的阅读兴趣。武侠小说以“武”和“侠”为特色，给读者带来了酣畅淋漓的体验，但同时这种特色也为翻译带来一定难度。本文整理梳理金庸《射雕英雄传》第一卷英译文中人物的江湖称号、武功流派名称和武术招式名称三类武侠特色词汇的翻译策略，并结合收集到的译者访谈分析策略选择背后的动因。 研究发现，该译本译者在翻译特色词汇过程中将归化和异化策略结合起来，但相比之下，译者更倾向异化策略。译者的策略选择可能同时受译者主体性和西方出版体制的双重影响。
