摘要

随着我国经济的快速发展，综合国力的不断增强，国际地位的不断提高，中国越来越受到世界各国的高度关注。基于“让世界了解中国，让中国走向世界”的初心，中国开始设立孔子学院，希望借此推动汉语事业的发展，向世界各国传播优秀的中华传统文化。自2004年第一所孔子学院在韩国建立以来，孔子学院在全球的数量就一直呈现出稳步增长的趋势；截至目前，全球已有162国家（地区）设立了545所孔子学院和1170个孔子课堂。与此同时，国内越来越多的高校设置了汉语国际教育本科专业，开设了汉语国际教育硕士点，以便为中国更好的推进汉语国际化提供人才，满足对外汉语教师的需求。

然而随着孔子学院的快速发展，却出现了合格的、优秀的对外汉语教师缺乏的情况，加之海外各国孔子学院因本国国情以及发展状况的不同对本国汉语国际教师的要求也有所区别，怎样根据不同国家对汉语国际教师的不同要求培养汉语国际教育人才成为善尚未解决的问题，因此本文将以韩国孔子学院教师需求为主要研究对象探索汉语国际教育人才的培养,运用文献法、列表分析法、比较分析法、调查研究法进行深入探究以达到根据韩国孔子学院教师需求的角度探索汉语国际教育人才培养的目的。
