儿童读物中的死亡分析-以《爷爷有没有穿西装》为例
The Death in Children’s Books--An Analysis of Is Grandfather Wearing the Suit
摘要:在儿童的成长过程中,儿童文学占据着重要的地位,而在众多的儿童作品中,对死亡的阐述都具有独特的审美价值,并且对死亡的描写往往都是隐晦的,并不像成人文学中刻画地如此清晰细致。此外,瑞士近代发展心理学家让·皮亚杰的认知发展理论也为死亡主题的儿童作品提供了夯实的理论基础。这一理论着重研究的是儿童在儿童期获取知识的认知发展过程,它在儿童绘本《爷爷有没有穿西装》中对死亡的描写得到充分体现。本文通过结合让·皮亚杰的认知发展理论,从意象, 绘画手法以及文本方面对《爷爷有没有穿西装》进行了探究,旨在讨论儿童作品中死亡主题的表现手法以及死亡教育对儿童的意义。本文共分为五部分,第一部分介绍了认知发展理论、死亡教育对儿童的意义与绘本《爷爷有没有穿西装》。第二第三第四部分则进一步分析本书如何描绘死亡。最后一部分进行了总结。

Abstract: Children’s literature plays a significant role during the process of growth of children. It is noticeable that, among various kinds of children’s books, the elaborations of death have their unique aesthetic values, and the depiction of it is often obscure, not as clear and detailed as that in adult works. In addition, Cognitive-Developmental Theory claimed by Jean Piaget (Switzerland developmental psychologist) provides those children’s works related to death with solid theoretical foundation. This theory focuses on the children’s cognitive development of knowledge acquisition in childhood. It is fully embodied in the description of death in children’s picture book Is Grandfather Wearing the Suit. This thesis explores book Is Grandfather Wearing the Suit from image, the technique of drawings and text by combining Jean Piaget’s Cognitive-Developmental Theory. It aims to discuss the expressions in children’s works describing death and the significance of death education for children. This paper is composed of five parts. The first part introduces Cognitive-Developmental Theory, the significance of death education for children and the book Is Grandfather wearing the suit. The second, third and fourth part analyze in detail how death is depicted in the book. The last part is the conclusion.
