摘要

本文是以文化认知角度研究中西方当前文化的异同，以茶和咖啡作为例子来说明茶与咖啡承载着浓厚的文化内涵。当今社会，喝茶喝咖啡的人越来越多，两种饮品的异同也折射出两种文化的差异和内涵。本文将从多方面对中国茶文化和西方咖啡文化做一比较，让人们更好地了解中西方文化的差异从而有利于这两种文化的相互理解.本文也更加注重学习西方国家对咖啡的文化传播方式，更加有力的宣传中国的茶文化。

Abstract

This thesis is intended to make a study of the similarities and differences between tea and coffee cultures from the aspect of cultural cognition. It takes tea and coffee as an example to illustrate that they carried with them some cultural connotation. For the purpose of making it clear that a good knowledge of the differences, tea and coffee enhance the mutual understanding and spread of the two cultures. This paper also focuses on learning the way the western countries promoted their coffee culture so that we can make more widespread our Chinese tea culture in the world.
