摘要

随着时代的不断发展，国内外的翻译水平也在不断的提升。国内外的翻译家们根据自己多年的翻译研究，提出了很多翻译标准。著名翻译家奈达，基于自己多年的翻译实践，提出了功能对等理论，对于今后中英文的翻译，具有重要的指导意义。本课题通过对比研究《时运》不同年代的英译本，从功能对等的角度出发，解决时代感对于文化古籍翻译的重要性，指出文化古籍的翻译应当做到与时俱进。并且探究翻译策略的选择对于译本的影响。
