从《绿箭侠》看美国现代社会的价值观_英语论文

Values of American Modern Society in Arrow 

摘要

在全球化的浪潮下，各国文化产生碰撞和交融。所有文化都有值得我们学习了解的地方，而美国作为高度发达的资本主义超级大国，其政治、经济、文化、军事等方面更值得我们探究和学习。影视作品是一个国家文化和价值观的载体。本文将对近年来流行的美剧《绿箭侠》进行分析探索，结合剧中人物、剧情以及台词等研究其折射出的美国现代社会的价值观，即个人英雄主义观、正义观以及家庭观，并探讨这些价值观的学习借鉴意义，以达到更好地了解美国文化价值观和这部剧的目的。

Abstract

In the age of globalization, cultures all around the world collide and blend with each other. All cultures have their unique values which are worth learning, or at least knowing. The United States is a highly-developed capitalist country. As a superpower, many aspects of her society such as economy, culture and social ideology may offer lessons to other counties. Television programs is a carrier of national culture and values. Through the analysis of American popular TV series Arrow, this paper attempts to explore values of American modern society, trace their origins, conclude their forms and characteristics, at last analyze their practice meanings. American modern society advocates individualistic heroism, pursues fairness and justice, and also develops family values. Through the analysis of their values, we can better understand American values and the teleplay itself.
