民族文化身份的瓦解与重建-以《追风筝的人》中阿米尔为例_英语论文

Disintegration and Reconstruction Process of National Cultural Identity -- Amir in The Kite Runner as a Case in Point  

摘要

随着全球化进程的加快，各国之间的文化交流日益紧密，全球范围内的人员流动性不断增强，流散群体因此备受关注。由于各国经济以及文化实力的悬殊，经济文化上处于“他者”地位的人在迁往非“他者”国家时，如无法融入当地社会，则往往会被文化身份问题所困扰。根据“他者理论”，本文以《追风筝的人》中的阿米尔为例来探讨民族文化身份的瓦解和重建过程，并分析民族文化身份出现危机的原因，得出“他者”民族能够在自己的努力下再次获得民族文化身份。并以此给与世界上的其他“他者”民族启示，鼓励“他者”民族通过自身努力重建民族文化身份。

Abstract 

As the process of the globalization speeds up, the cultural communication among countries is becoming close, and the diaspora literature receives much attention because of the high turnover of the staff. When people of“the other” countries immigrate to the non “the other” countries, they will be always bothered by the national cultural identity if they fail to integrate into the local society. On the basis of “the other” theory, the thesis takes Amir as an example to explore the process of the disintegration and reconstruction of the national culture identity and analyzes its reasons. Finally, it concludes that “the other” nations can regain their national cultural identity with their own efforts and encourage other nations to try their best to regain it.
