农村中学英语教师口语能力的提高_英语论文
The Improvement of Rural Junior High School Teachers’ Oral Proficiency
摘要
随着基础教育改革的不断推进,新的教育形势对农村中学英语教师的专业素质提出了更高的要求,英语口语表达能力即是其中之一。由于城乡差别、优质教育分布不均等社会因素,农村中学英语教师的英语口语能力与城市教师存在较大的差异,如何减少这种差异,是教师发展和培训必须关注的问题, 本文首先陈述了农村中学英语教师英语口语能力提高的必要性,然后以国内外关于“口语能力”研究的成果为基础,最后对该农村高中英语教师口语能力的提高提出了一些建设性的意见建议,以期改善这一现状。,。

Abstract
With the constantly development of reforms of basic education, the new education situation puts forward a higher demand for the professional qualities of rural junior high school English teachers, With the development of teaching reform, rural junior high school English teachers face more challenges, in which Oral proficiency is one. Due to the differences between urban and rural areas, there exists big gap between urban teachers’ English oral proficiency and that of rural teachers. How to reduce the disparity is becoming more and more serious, it’s the crucial issue of teachers’ professional development and training. The thesis firstly explores the necessity of improving rural junior high school English teachers’ oral proficiency, and then explains the definition of language proficiency and oral proficiency, and the study of language proficiency or oral proficiency abroad and at home, finally gives some strategies of improving rural junior high school English teachers’ oral proficiency so as to help them improve themselves.
