An Analysis of the Cultural differences Between China and West from Women Movies

摘要

20世纪70年代以来，随着女性电影的不断涌现，女性电影理论开始在欧美迅速兴起。通过对中西女性电影理论与创作的对比，可以更加清楚地认识到中国女性电影与西方还存在诸多方面的差距和差异，这些差距其归根结底是女性意识的觉醒和女性主体意识的确立。我们以女性主义的视角进行电影研究，并不是以狭隘的目的去呼唤女性电影及女性意识，而是希望电影作为一个文化产品，能够帮助而不是阻挠女性树立独立、自主、平等的自我意识

Abstract

Since the 1970s, the theory of feminist films has sprung up in the        occident as many feminist films come forth. By contrasting the theory and creation between Chinese feminist films and western ones, differences can be shown on many aspects. According to the analysis of feminist awareness and the establishment of self-consciousness, it is obvious to find the feminist achieves independence, self-determination and equality gradually.
