大学英语专业学生词典使用策略及问题研究_英语论文

A Survey of Tactics and Problems Concerning Dictionary Use by English Majors in USTS

摘要

词典是指按照字母表顺序解释词义或外文释义的，是学生学习中不可或缺的工具书。词典是二语学习中不可缺少的要素。学习英语离不开英语词典, 一部好的词典可以起到良师的作用。鉴于词典对英语专业学生的重要作用, 本论文结合外国语学院英语专业学生英语词典使用的现状，通过调查问卷，分析二语学习者对于字典种类的选择，词典使用频率，使用策略，找出其中存在的问题，进而尝试给出解决策略。希望能对在校英语专业学生提供一些启示。

Abstract

Dictionary is a tool that gives a list of the words of language in alphabetical order and explains what they mean in a foreign language. It is an essential learning tool among students, and the most essential factors in a second language learner or the Inter-language learners. Learning English cannot go smoothly without the English dictionary. A good dictionary can also play the role of a mentor. Given the important role of the dictionary to English majors, the paper combined with the present situation of the English major students from college of foreign language dictionary use in English. Through questionnaires, the analysis will show second language learners something important. For example, the selection of the type dictionary, dictionaries frequency of use, the use of tactics to identify existing problems. Then after the survey, we will try to give Solutions. Hoping to students in English schools provide some inspiration.
