A Corpus-based Critical Study of the US Strategic Rebalance to Asia-Pacific

摘要

语言反应意识形态。本研究以美国亚太再平衡战略话语为研究对象，以美国官方文件、美国智库发言以及官方媒体报道为基础，创建8964455字语料库，然后借助语料库语言学和批评话语分析的理论与方法，从词频、关键词、搭配、词丛和语义韵等角度对相关政治话语进行研究。研究发现，美国亚太再平衡战略话语蕴含话语霸权、政治操纵、话语偏见等意识形态。

Abstract

Language reflects ideology. Based on self-built corpora of US Asia-pacific Strategic Rebalancing strategy.( including official documents of the United States, US think tanks and official media reports), and from the perspective of critical discourse analysis, the research makes a detailed study of the political discourse from the angle of wordlist, keywords, collocates, cluster and semantic prosody, discovering that there are a certain ideology such as hegemony, political manipulation and prejudice hidden behind the political discourse of US.
