摘　要

随着我国对外经济交流活动日趋频繁，国际竞争也日益激烈，我国纺织企业对自身的要求也在不断的提升。英语在纺织企业的贸易合作中起到至关重要的作用。纺织业在我国是一个劳动密集程度高和对外依存度较大的产业。我国是世界上最大的纺织品服装生产出口国，纺织品服装出口的持续稳定增长对保证我国外汇储备、国际收支平衡、人民币汇率稳定、解决社会就业及纺织业可持续发展至关重要。中国是纺织品生产和出口的大国，中国纺织行业自身经过多年的发展，竞争优势十分明显，具备世界上最完整的产业链，最高的加工配套水平，众多发达的产业集群地应对市场风险的自我调节能力不断增强，给行业保持稳健的发展步伐提供了坚实的保障。随着科学技术的进步和学科间的相互交叉，纺织学科早已突破传统的范围，发展成为一个多学科交叉的综合学科。同时，纺织科技也日益渗透进其它学科，其成果广泛应用于国民经济各个领域。因而各纺织企业和纺织贸易行业对于既懂纺织专业知识，又通晓英语的复合型人才需求迫切。基于此，本文探讨纺织英语的语言特点，并介绍纺织英语的翻译策略及相关注意事项，以对于培养这种复合型人才提供一点帮助。

Abstract

With China's increasing economic exchanges, the international competition is increasingly fierce, China's textile enterprises for their own requirements are also constantly upgrading. English plays a crucial role in trade and cooperation in textile enterprises. The textile industry in China is a labor intensive and external dependence of industry. As we know, China is the world's largest textile export country, textile exports is beneficial for ensuring the stable growth of China's foreign exchange reserves and the balance of international payments. It is also helpful to stabilize the RMB exchange rate and solve unemployment. As a textile production and export country, China’s textile industry has equipped with competitive advantage after years of development. It owns the world's most complete industrial chain; the development of textile industry has led to a growth of other products export. Along with the progress of science and technology and the cross-cutting interdisciplinary, textile discipline has been a breakthrough of the traditional range, developed into a multi-disciplinary subject. At the same time, textile technology has also penetrated into other disciplines; it has been widely applied in various fields of economics. Therefore, learning professional textile knowledge is necessary. Under the circumstances, the demand of talents is urgent. Based on this, this paper discusses the linguistic features of Textile English, and introduces the textile English translation strategies and some noteworthy parts. These can offer some help for the cultivation of the talents.

1 Introduction
The purpose of this paper is to explore the linguistic features, provide readers with a fundamental insight into the accurate translation and in doing so, it will helpful to the people who are intending to become involved in textile manufacture. With the increasing economic exchanges to foreign countries, the international competition is more and more fierce and also increasing is the demand of our domestic textile enterprises themselves. Therefore, English plays a role in the foreign trades of the textile enterprises.
