摘要
翻译中归化与异化的问题一直是翻译界争论的中心。归化主张译文应以目的语或译文读者为重点,认为译文与原文应该是自然对等的。异化则主张译文应以源语或原文作者为出发点,强调译文应该突出原文的语言特点。本文从商务翻译的特点和功能入手,讨论了商务翻译中的基本原则和策略,表明商务翻译应达到自然、准确、易懂。同时,对商务翻译过程中的归化和异化策略进行探讨,力求得出具有一定建设性的结论,即在商务翻译中译者应采取归化手段为基本策略,合理使用异化手段。

Abstract
Domestication and foreignization, the two basic translation strategies, have long been a major point of debate in translation field. Domestication advocates that translators should focus on the target language and readers of the version, and the version and its original text should be naturally equivalent. While foreignization proposes that translators should walk in the shoes of the source language or the author of the original text and emphasizes that the version is supposed to highlight the linguistic characteristics of the original text. This paper has discussed the principles and strategies of business documents translation from the angle of business translation’s function and features and points out that the basic principles of translation should be: natural, accurate and easy to understand. Meanwhile, the paper has a brief discussion on the adoption of domestication and foreignization strategies in business documents translation, which strives to put forward a constructive conclusion, that is, domestication should be used as the primary strategy while foreignization used reasonably when necessary.

1. Introduction
Nowadays, with the rapid development of China's economy as well as the increasing integration of global trade, cooperation and commercial intercourse between China and the rest of the world become gradually frequent. In this case, in the process of economic globalization, one aspect that can not be ignored is the international business translation, for it acts as a bridge to remove the language barriers among countries to create better global trade environment. Among the international trade activities, business English translation plays an important role in many fields, such as investment promotion, engineering contract with foreign countries, international finance, international insurance, and international tourism and so on. As an indispensable functional product of English, business English shows its overwhelming strength in many fields of society. For Chinese businessmen whose first language is not English, business translation is a necessary step for them when they do business with their counterparts from English-speaking countries. Therefore, it’s urgent for the translators to promote their bilingual understanding and translating capabilities. In view of this, it has become very important to make a widespread research on business translation under the circumstance of globalization and China’s opening up to the outside world.
