Abstract
Translation plays an important role in cultural expressions and communication between different nations. And the theory of constructive study based on cognition, has been far-reaching and significant in many aspects of English language teaching and learning. It has certain meaning in fulfilling better translation and improving translation capabilities with researching translation combined with constructivism learning theory.
Translation self-learning mode guided by constructivism is established to promote translation teaching and learning, as well as translation ability. In this thesis, translation self-learning mode’s relevant theories and its characteristics are stated. Additionally, a series of previous autonomous learning achievements are listed out. This thesis analyses translation from the angle of constructivism that explains correct theories learners should require in translation study. From the perspective of constructivism learning theory, it analyses translation teaching and learning that explain the responsibility teachers are supposed to take and the study attitude students should have. At the end, there are four self-learning modes on the grounds of above researches, insisting on the top priority of self-learners, providing practical and true study contents, establishing an all-round study environment which includes both in-class and off-class and integrating various study ways consisting of comparison learning method and cooperation.

摘要
翻译在国与国的文化传播和交流中有着十分重要的作用;且在认知基础上发展起来的建构主义自主学习观,对英语语言教与学的诸多方面都具有深远影响和积极意义。本文将翻译和建构主义自主学习观结合,对于更好地进行翻译活动和能力提升有着一定的意义。
以建构主义为指导,构建翻译自主学习模式,能够推动翻译的教与学,从而提高翻译能力。本文简述建构主义自主学习观的相关理论及其特点,列举一系列关于自主学习模式的前人研究成果。从建构主义的角度分析翻译本身,明确翻译学习应具备的正确理论基础;从构建主义自主学习观剖析翻译的教与学,明确老师应承担的教学责任和学习者应有的学习态度。最后,以上述理论为依据,提出四大翻译自主学习模式,即:把握住学习者主人公姿态;采用真实、实用的学习内容;搭建课内、课外全方位的学习环境;整合形成自主观摩学习法加合作学习法的多方位学习方法。
