摘要：

本论文结合迈克尔•约瑟夫•杰克逊最终遗嘱腾讯、百度和新浪三个汉译本，以目的论为理论基础，从目的原则、连贯原则和忠实原则比较分析三汉译本优缺点,并且给出作者自己的翻译，寻找出最好的翻译方式以使读者更好地理解其遗嘱内容，并且引起其他学者对法律翻译，尤其是遗嘱翻译的关注和研究。根据三个版本的来源，腾讯版本和新浪版本是作为娱乐新闻形式出现，而百度版本来自于百度百科，相比而言更具有权威性和正式性，面向更多的受众。三个版本基本上概括了遗嘱的主要内容，百度译本和新浪译本翻译得更为全面，其中新浪译本法律术语翻译得很好。结合目的论，腾讯译本多采用缩译形式，一些细节没有翻译出来，这与忠实原则相违背，但是作为娱乐新闻，其已经较好满足受众的需要；百度版本虽然翻译得较为全面，但是一些法律术语翻译得不准确，而且较多采用了带有主观色猜的词汇，从一定程度上违背了目的论的目的原则和连贯原则；新浪版本整体而言语言比较正式得体，符合法律文本的特征。

Abstract:

The thesis takes three Chinese versions of last will of Michael Joseph Jackson for example to analyze and study legal translation from the perspective of Skopostheorie. The author analyzes the three translation versions of Michael Joseph Jackson from the perspective of Skopostheorie to see whether or how largely these three versions can satisfy the readers’ need, and she gives her own advice about the translation to make the translation better, hoping the paper can be used for reference and more attention be paid to these relatively private legal translation. From the sources of the three Chinese versions, the Tencent version and Sina version appear as entertainment news while the BIDU version is from BIDU Baike which requires precise information relative to the two first and. Generally speaking, all of the three versions basically express the main meaning of the will. BIDU and Sina versions have more complete information, especially the Sina version in which the legal terms are translated very well. But combining with Skopostheorie, they all have merits and dismerits. The translator of Tencent version uses condensed translation and translates the basic information, which goes against the fidelity rule to some extend, but as a piece of entertainment news, it can satisfy the needs of target readers. As for BIDU version, some legal terms are not translated and it uses many words with subjective color, which disobey fidelity rule and coherence rule to some extend. On the whole, Sina version is great with formal legal language and complete information.
